WHY A PROGRAM
WHY NOW
A Games brings attention, visitors, investment and higher expectations to the whole state, not just the host city. Regions that benefit most are the ones whose events, organisers and suppliers are ready to meet the standards major events now work to.
For councils, that means three things: organisers who can deliver to a higher standard, local businesses that can win the work, and evidence of what the region gained.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Suppliers and organisers who can show sustainable, responsible practice will be better placed for this work, and for the major events that follow. ISO 20121 gives them a recognised way to do it.

THE PROGRAM
Our ISO 20121 adoption program. ISO 20121 resources and a digital toolkit for local event suppliers, support for pilot events adopting the standard, and a roadmap for wider adoption across your region.
The Prosperity Pilot, events edition, maps local suppliers and matches them to event demand. Do Good Tender shapes council event tenders so local suppliers can win them, and our Standards Alignment Matrix maps the many event sustainability standards, certifications and supplier credentials, recognises what an organiser or supplier already holds, and fills the gaps, so no one jumps through the same hoops twice.
Major Events as Behavioural Experiments: we design and test practical changes at real events, evaluate them onsite against the OECD event impact guides and international standards, and turn the results into a Pathways to Excellence plan.
